Terms of Service

By creating an account, visiting our domains or apps, purchasing credits or subscriptions, chatting with an AI Twin, unlocking vault or gallery content, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies they incorporate by reference.

If you use the Platform on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

We may update these Terms. Where the law requires notice of material changes, we will provide it. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law gives you a right to object or leave without penalty.

MSN is an adults-only platform where verified Creators share authentic media and configure AI Twins for conversational experiences. The product blends real creator likeness and curated media with generative systems that emulate tone and persona for chat.

Features, naming, and presentation may evolve, but the core promise is the same: a rose-toned, discreet space for consensual-adult fantasy, discovery, and paid digital interactions—not a substitute for real-world relationships, therapy, or professional services.

"Platform" means the websites, applications, APIs, and related services MSN operates for discovery, chat, billing, vault and gallery features, and creator tools.

"Creator" means a user who publishes a public channel, gallery, vault, or AI Twin configuration for Fans.

"Fan" means a user who browses, follows, chats with, or purchases access from a Creator.

"AI Twin" or "Digital Twin" means the automated conversational persona implemented with large language models and related systems, distinct from the human Creator except where the product clearly states otherwise.

"Content" means text, images, audio, video, metadata, and other material submitted to or generated through the Platform.

You must meet the minimum age and verification requirements in our Age Policy and Age Verification materials. We may refuse registration or suspend access where verification is incomplete or appears fraudulent.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete profile and billing information and to update it promptly. You are responsible for activity under your credentials unless you notify us without undue delay of unauthorized use.

Credentials are personal. You may not sell, transfer, or share access in ways that circumvent technical or billing controls. We may apply device limits, rate limits, or re-authentication for security.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal use, or for commercial Creator use where product entitlements allow.

Unless expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform or its software, reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, or use automated means that burden infrastructure or evade rate limits or paywalls.

As between you and MSN, MSN and its licensors own the Platform, including software, branding, templates, analytics, and aggregated datasets that do not identify you as an individual.

Creators retain ownership of their original human-authored materials and authentic uploads, subject to licences granted in creator flows so we can host, display, transcode, distribute, and promote those materials.

AI Twin outputs (messages, suggestions, summaries, or synthetic media where offered) are produced by automated systems. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, MSN retains rights in the underlying models, prompts, safety filters, and tooling. Creators receive such licence to AI outputs as the product settings describe.

You may not strip proprietary notices, scrape Content at scale in breach of technical measures, or claim rights in another party's trade marks or likeness beyond what is expressly licensed.

AI Twins are for entertainment only; no AI-generated statement constitutes a legally binding promise or agency on behalf of the human Creator or MSN.

Outputs may be wrong, incomplete, inconsistent with a Creator's real views, or filtered for safety. Do not rely on AI chat for medical, legal, financial, therapeutic, or emergency guidance.

You retain ownership of Content you submit and grant MSN the licence stated in fan or creator flows to host, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display it to operate, secure, improve, and promote the Platform and to comply with law.

You represent that you have the rights needed for that licence and that your Content complies with our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law.

MSN operates technical and human moderation programmes to protect users, enforce these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy, and meet legal and regulatory obligations. You acknowledge that content on the Platform—including public creator galleries and paid or private Secret Vaults—is not immune from review by MSN where reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Authorised MSN administrators and contractors bound by confidentiality may access, view, reproduce, and remove user-uploaded content (including Secret Vault media, public gallery items, chat transcripts, and related metadata) when reasonably necessary for moderation, safety, or compliance, including where:

• A user report, trust-and-safety referral, or rights-holder complaint is received;

• Automated systems, fraud controls, or integrity signals flag potential violations;

• We have a good-faith basis to believe these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, Community Guidelines, or applicable law (including child-safety, non-consensual intimate imagery, or intellectual-property obligations) are being violated; or

• We receive a lawful request from a court, regulator, law-enforcement agency, or similar authority.

Such access is limited to what is reasonably necessary for those purposes. We minimise discretionary human review of private paid content and do not use moderation access for advertising, unrelated commercial surveillance, or any purpose inconsistent with this section. Administrative access is role-restricted and logged. By creating an account or using the Platform, you consent to this access where reasonably necessary. Nothing in this section limits non-excludable rights you may have under applicable privacy or consumer law.

Paid features are processed by third-party payment processors. Prices, billing cycles, renewals, and taxes are shown at checkout. You authorise us and our processors to charge your selected payment method.

Credits and digital entitlements are also described in our Refund Policy. Certain purchases become final once delivered or consumed, subject to the Australian Consumer Law and other non-excludable rights.

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. For major failures, you are entitled to a refund or credit. We do not offer refunds for change of mind once digital content has been accessed or used, or once a Digital Interaction has commenced, as described in our Refund Policy and Creator and Fan Agreement.

We may suspend or limit access where we reasonably believe there is risk of harm, fraud, illegality, or breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where required by competent authorities.

You may close your account where settings allow. Termination does not erase accrued payment obligations, indemnities, or rights that should survive by their nature.

After termination, we may delete or retain Content as described in our Privacy Policy and as law requires. Some data may persist for a limited time in encrypted backups.

THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING AI TWIN AND CHAT FEATURES, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MSN AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR AI INTERACTIONS, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE PLATFORM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR (B) AUD $150, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MSN and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) your use of the Platform, (b) your Content, (c) your breach of these Terms, or (d) your violation of third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Each party irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and of the Commonwealth of Australia exercising jurisdiction in Queensland.

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and MSN on this subject and supersede prior understandings on the same subject. If a provision is invalid, the remainder stays in effect. Failure to enforce is not a waiver.
