1. HYBRID EXPERIENCE: AUTHENTIC MEDIA AND THE AI DIGITAL TWIN
MSN offers a hybrid product. Gallery, vault, and similar visual media from verified Creators are authentic captures or productions from those Creators (subject to each Creator’s configuration and our policies).
Chat and related conversational features are delivered by an AI “Digital Twin”: a Large Language Model (LLM) stack configured to emulate tone and persona. The Twin operates as software and is not the Creator listening or replying in real time. Latency, outages, moderation, and model updates mean responses can diverge from anything the Creator would have said at a given moment.
Non‑agency
2. SYNTHETIC OUTPUTS, ROLEPLAY, AND NON‑AGENCY
AI Twin outputs are synthetic. They may be fictional, incomplete, or inconsistent with the Creator’s actual views, schedule, boundaries, or commercial offers.
Chats are consensual‑adult entertainment and fictional roleplay where the product allows it. An AI Twin does not form binding contracts, confirm meetings, accept instructions with legal effect, or provide regulated professional advice (including medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice). Do not treat model text as authority from the Creator or from MSN except where a separate in‑product agreement or checkout flow expressly says otherwise.
3. HALLUCINATIONS, ENTERTAINMENT USE, AND LIABILITY
Models can hallucinate or omit material facts. Safety filters may block, refuse, or reshape outputs. You assume the risks of acting on model text for entertainment, curiosity, or low‑stakes decisions, and you should verify anything important through independent, qualified channels.
To the maximum extent permitted by law—including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) where it applies—MSN limits liability for indirect and consequential loss arising from AI Twin use, subject to any non‑excludable guarantees or remedies the ACL or other mandatory rules provide for consumers. Where liability cannot be excluded, our responsibility is limited (where the law allows) to resupplying the affected digital service or paying the cost of resupply. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations; they apply only to the extent permitted in your case.
Not a crisis service
4. MANDATORY SAFETY, THE ONLINE SAFETY ACT 2021, AND CRISIS RESOURCES
MSN is designed for adults and is informed by the Online Safety Act 2021 (Cth) and related regulatory expectations. We apply technical and policy guardrails to reduce illegal and high‑harm outputs. You must not attempt to jailbreak, bypass, or misuse safety controls, and you must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines.
MSN is not a crisis, mental‑health, or emergency service. Lifeline: 13 11 14 (Australia). If you or someone else is at immediate risk, contact local emergency services using the appropriate number for your jurisdiction.
5. DATA USE FOR ALIGNMENT AND MODEL IMPROVEMENT
Where we use conversation or interaction signals to improve Twins or platform safety, we work to keep that process privacy‑preserving: for example aggregation, de‑identification, stripping or minimisation of direct identifiers, and contractual restrictions on subprocessors. We do not sell your chats to third‑party LLM providers for their own advertising profiles.
We do not intend to transmit your verified real‑world identity to third‑party model vendors for ordinary chat completion in a way that makes you personally identifiable to them beyond what infrastructure and security logging minimally require. Vendors may process prompts and outputs under our agreements to provide the service; details appear in our Privacy Policy.
