1. 1. INTRODUCTION
These Guidelines foster a safe, consensual, premium adults-only environment on MSN and are aligned with the Australian Online Safety Act 2021. They explain how we expect members—including Creators and Fans—to behave in chat, discovery, vaults, and AI Twin experiences, together with the policies incorporated by reference.
Zero tolerance
2. 2. RESPECT AND CONSENT
Treat others with respect. Do not harass, stalk, threaten, dox, or coerce. Consenting-adult fantasy is welcome only where the product clearly allows it and all participants are adults acting within these rules and the Acceptable Use Policy.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for Image-Based Abuse. Sharing, requesting, or generating non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) or deepfakes of real individuals is a violation of Australian law and will result in an immediate permanent ban and reporting to the eSafety Commissioner.
3. 3. AI TWIN IDENTITY AND DISCLOSURE
AI Twins must be clearly identified as such. Creators are prohibited from configuring Twins to deceptively impersonate real-world public figures, private individuals without consent, or to provide professional medical or legal advice.
Do not misrepresent your own age, identity, or authority. Do not share another person's intimate media without permission. Creators must label or gate mature content using product tools and in line with applicable law.
18+ only
4. 4. MINOR SAFETY
MSN is a strictly 18+ platform. Any content that depicts, simulates, or sexualizes minors—including 'age-play' or anime-style content that bypasses age-intent—is strictly prohibited and will be reported to NCMEC and the Australian Federal Police.
5. 5. PLATFORM INTEGRITY
No spam, fraudulent billing, deceptive schemes, or attempts to evade security, payments, age controls, or moderation. Do not manipulate discovery through fake engagement or instruct AI Twins to produce illegal content.
6. 6. AI INTERACTION ETHICS
Fans must not attempt to 'jailbreak' or bypass the safety filters of AI Twins. Interactions should remain within the bounds of consensual adult roleplay. Prohibited themes include non-consensual violence, hate speech, or the promotion of self-harm.
Creators remain responsible for configuring Twins within policy and for human oversight where the product requires it. Outputs are for entertainment; do not rely on Twins for emergencies, therapy, or regulated professional services.
7. 7. ENFORCEMENT
We may warn, limit, or suspend accounts, remove content, and cooperate with competent authorities—including the eSafety Commissioner, law enforcement, and child-safety organizations—where required or appropriate.
Users may appeal through Support where safety and law allow. Nothing in these Guidelines limits non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
